The 1917 Yorkshire steam wagon in the livery of William Pritchard joined the range in 1989.
The William Pritchard was a very attractive livery and one of the very few Welsh issues.
It was limited to 50,000 models.

Livery: (Tampo)
'WILLIAM PRITCHARD' and 'VICTORIA MILLS, CARNAVON' in white on both wagon sides.
'MILLENNIUM FLOUR' in white on both cab doors.
'IS THE BEST' in blue on white sack on both cab doors.
'MILLENNIUM FLOUR' in white on boiler.
Four sacks of load highlighted and 'WILLIAM PRITCHARD' in black.
White coachlines.

Variations/Rarities: Issued with a dark blue body and black chassis, seats and mudguard.
It had a black boiler with white boiler bands.
It had a blue-grey roof with off-white sack load and 6-spoke wheels.
The cab rear wall was brown.
There are no known variations.
